Welcome to « Profession Fromager » International Edition
You will find here, every two monthes, a selection of articles from the french edition. The magazine, created in 2002, is intended only for professional readers : cheesemakers, cheesemongers, cheese ripeners, experts, technologists…, all those who have a professional interest for cheese. We have selected articles most likely to be pertinent and of interest to an international readership and translated them into English : technical articles, reports on interesting cheese shops, terroirs, initiatives… We are open to suggestions for articles that you would like to see translated into English (email@example.com).
